How to Apply Sananga

1. Preparation: Lie on your back with your eyes closed. Have another person apply the drops or you can self apply.

2. Application: If you have help, keep eyes closed as the helper applies one drop to the inner corner of each eye. If alone, keep eyes tightly closed and apply one drop to each inner corner. Open both eyes simultaneously to let the drops flow in.

3. Post-Application: You can stay laying down or sit up straight, breathe calmly. Try to keep your eyes open despite the discomfort.

4. Endure: Most users find it difficult to keep their eyes open initially. Focus on breathing and grounding yourself as the sensation passes. Channel your suffering into strength. Ground yourself. It will pass. A sitting position can enhance your strength.
