Sold in 27 gram packages of crushed flower or 40 grams of whole flower. All parts of the flower are included, crush further for optimal experience.

Directions - Add 2 tsp crushed blue lotus flower or one whole flower to cup (we use a tea infuser, but you can add straight to cup and strain when ready), pour 8 to 12 oz almost boiling water over flower. Steep 5-7 minutes. Sweeten if desired, sip & enjoy!
