Bobinsana (Calliandra angustifolia) has been cherished for centuries for its versatile benefits. Known for its calming and soothing properties, this herb is often used to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and support healthy sleep patterns. Traditionally, it has also been believed to bolster the immune system, contributing to overall well-being.

Highly regarded as a Master Plant Teacher, Bobinsana's history of use dates back millennia. Revered for its therapeutic benefits, it has been an essential part of shamanic practices, meditation, and dreaming. Bobinsana tea, in particular, has been historically used to address inflammation, arthritis, and general discomfort.

Bobinsana is know as the plant of the heart, the focus is on healing the heart, helping to gently mend trauma, grief, sadness, and loss. The Shipibo people of the Amazon have long considered it an ally for healing emotional wounds, fostering love, compassion, and forgiveness.

Sold in 16 gram packages. Our offering is whole leaf bobinsana, you must crush before use. We offer it in this high quality form to keep the integrity & flavor of the leaf.

Directions - Add 1 heavy tsp crushed bobinsana leaves to cup (we use a tea infuser, but you can add straight to cup and strain when ready), pour 8 oz boiling water over tea leaves. Steep 10-15 minutes. Bobinsana is traditionally served at room temperature. Sip & enjoy!

Precautions: Bobinsana is traditionally used as a contraceptive in Peru. While this is anecdotal, those looking to conceive should avoid this plant. It should not be used during pregnancy or lactation. If you are taking medication or have a medical condition, please consult a healthcare professional before use.
