Tea Bags ~ Directions: Boil water, let cool for 2-3 minutes. Pour 8-12 oz over tea bag and steep 7-10 minutes (or longer, it will not get bitter) ~ now take that moment for yourself, enjoy

Jars of loose leaf ~ Directions: Boil water, let cool for 2-3 minutes. Pour 8-12 oz over One tsp loose tea (we use a tea infuser, but you can add straight to cup and strain when ready) and steep 7-10 minutes (or longer, it will not get bitter) ~ now take that moment for yourself, enjoy
